Refund & Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. In the event the item is damaged when you receive it, please take a photo of the item in the box and send to me @ bellasbeadedbliss@hotmail.com.

 Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. You will be refunded to your original form of payment. Banks or Credit card companies can take 5-7 business days to process this for you, if it has been longer than 7 days please contact your Credit Card company or your bank.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Worn products, including all earrings for hygiene reasons
